<正>甲状腺结节在临床上非常多见,流行病学研究发现在非缺碘地区约5%的女性和1%的男性有临床可触及的甲状腺结节,如使用高分辨率超声检查,则可在19%～67%随机选择的人群中发现甲状腺结节[1]。大多数甲状腺结节属良性,但有5%的恶性率,甲状腺癌是最常见的内分泌恶性肿瘤[2]。目前在全球范围内,甲状腺癌的发病率都在上升,导致
