摘要：

<正> 血压在一天中是波动的,存在血压变异。绝大部分人的收缩压及舒张压呈明显的昼夜节律,清晨血压的变异最为显著,出现血压晨峰现象。心脑血管疾病的发生也有明显的昼夜节律,心肌梗死、心脏猝死、室性心律失常及脑卒中等都于早晨高发(6AM～12AM),而夜间发生率最低。近年来,有关动态血压监测的临床研究显示,与诊室血压相比,24 h血压尤其是血压晨峰与心血管事件的发生有更密切的关系。本文就血压晨峰的定义、发生机制、与心血管事件的关系及治疗对策进行综述。一、定义血压的昼夜节律在清晨最为显著,此时,人体由睡眠状
