摘要：

20世纪60年代以来,伴随新自由主义城市空间思潮的影响,以封闭隔离为特征的社区空间私有化现象日趋明显,成为西方典型的城市社区空间景观,这种社区景观被西方学者定义为"封闭社区"。封闭社区的急剧蔓延对城市社会空间结构产生了诸多的影响。本文主要分析了国外封闭社区的发展现状、特征、形成机制、经验反思及对中国城乡空间格局演化的启示和规划应对策略。
