摘要
解偶联蛋白2(UCP2)是线粒体内膜上可以调节质子跨膜转运的载体蛋白,可以驱散质子电化学梯度,使氧化呼吸与ATP合成解偶联。UCP2与能量消耗和脂质代谢密切相关,可能参与酒精性肝病(ALD)发病过程中的氧化应激和脂质过氧化。进一步探讨UCP2在ALD中的作用对于ALD的防治具有重要意义。
