<正>老年人衰弱是医疗健康照料服务体系中面临的越来越严峻的课题。65岁以上的老年人约有10%患有衰弱, 85岁以上老年人约25%～50%。研究表明衰弱老年人仅有一半接受了有效的医疗干预[1]。如果在未识别衰弱的情况下进行常规的医疗干预, 对这些衰弱老年人可能会有风险和危害。老年人衰弱严重影响其生活质量, 针对衰弱老年人的特定医疗照料服务和管理急需实施。近两年英国老年医学会(BGS)联合英国皇家全科医师协
