摘要：

目的　通过对膀胱癌患者尿液脱落细胞中DNA复制起始复合物中的关键蛋白—细胞分裂周期蛋白 6(CDC6)的检测 ,探讨可早期发现 ,常规筛查膀胱癌 ,且不给患者带来痛苦的方法。方法　留取膀胱癌及其他泌尿系疾病患者的新鲜全程尿液 2 0 0ml,离心获得尿沉渣标本 ,提取总RNA ,经逆转录聚合酶链反应 (RT PCR) ,检测cdc6基因的表达。结果　 3 0例膀胱癌患者中 ,cdc6阳性 2 8例 ,阴性 2例 ,阳性符合率为 93 .3 %。 3 0例其他泌尿系疾病患者和健康人尿液中 ,cdc6检出率16 7% ;与尿液脱落细胞学检查相比较 ,cdc6RT PCR具有较高的敏感性 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　在膀胱癌患者尿液的脱落细胞中cdc6基因表达明显增加
