摘要：

甲状腺髓样癌来源于分泌降钙素的甲状腺滤泡旁细胞(又称C细胞),且多因RET基因突变引发,其发病、诊断和治疗等都独具特点,本文重点综述了近年来甲状腺髓样癌基础研究和临床治疗方面的进展。
