摘要：

残余肾功能(RRF)是影响透析患者存活率的重要因素。本文回顾血液透析以及腹膜透析患者保存RRF的重要性以及RRF的评估方法、影响因素与保护措施等。阐述降压药物尤其是血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂(ACEI)和血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂(ARB)对透析患者的独立于降压作用以外的RRF保护作用。
