氧化应激在慢性阻塞性肺疾病发生中的作用及防治策略

摘要
COPD特征是慢性气道炎症、细小支气管重塑及肺实质破坏。研究表明, 香烟烟雾等有害气体所引起的氧化应激在COPD发展过程起到了至关重要的作用。吸烟增强氧化应激, 使氧化/抗氧化比例失衡, 直接损伤肺组织, 加重气道炎症反应, 引起自身免疫反应, 最终导致气流受限。因此, 对抗氧化应激、提高宿主抗氧化能力, 是COPD防治的最新着重点。
