脑能量代谢降低为AD发病的危险因素之一 ,而线粒体是细胞能量储存和供给的重要场所。近年研究认为 ,线粒体DNA突变与AD的发病有关 ,本文就线粒体DNA突变在AD发病中的致病作用予以综述
