摘要：

<正> 对于自发性跟腱断裂的治疗一直存在保守和手术治疗二种观点,提倡保守者认为这可避免手术后产生的并发症;提倡手术者则认为手术的治疗效果更可靠且复发率低。对于自发性跟腱断裂患者经保守或手术治疗的诸多问题,如跟腱修复后的强度和功能恢复状况,国内外很少有详细的对比分析。本文通过对诊治的48例自发性跟腱断裂患者的随访研究,在此作一初步探讨。
