<正>阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是老年痴呆最常见的类型,约占痴呆病因的50%—60%[1]。AD发病前存在持续很长时间的临床前期,被称为轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI),是介于正常衰老和轻度痴呆间的过渡状态[2]。欧洲最新队列研究表明,MCI在65岁以上的老年人中每年发病率为95‰[2]。在美国,MCI每年发病率1%—6%,患病率为3%—22%[3]。MCI有30%为遗忘型,每年以10%—
