<正> 自1989年Orita等首次报道单链构象多态性(single strand conformation polymorphism,SSCP)分析技术以来,SSCP技术已成为基因突变和DNA多态的快速筛选和检测的重要手段。研究者大多利用多聚酶链式反应(PCR)将α-32P-dCTP掺入扩增产物,或扩增前先用γ-32P-ATP标记引物。同位素的使用给实验带来许多不便。为此,国外有人将银染技术与PCR-SS-
