Isoperoxidase of 30 cultivars which from china Holand Danish America in Potato was examined by Polyacrylamide gel plant electrophoresis. The result obtained indicated that the iso peroxidase in Potato could be divided into 3 region, in the first region Rf value is 0. 11-0. 27;Inthe second region Rf val ue is 0. 35 -0. 54; In the third region Rf value is 0. 56-0. 63. The 8 main bands in the second region have obvius differendfrom cultivars in Potato, It could be used for identificationof Potato cuitivars and evaluation of seed yams qualities.
