摘要
用低He Ne激光照射玉米 (ZeamaysL .)干种子。结果表明 ,玉米幼苗中可溶性蛋白和核酸含量增高 ,SDS PAGE谱带数目增加 ,3H Leu标记的可溶性蛋白放射活性增加。从而说明 ,He Ne激光辐射能促进玉米幼苗可溶性蛋白的合成。
