摘要
<正> 降钙素基因相关肽(Calcitonin gene-related pe-ptide,CGRP)是体内最强的血管舒张物质之一,但对其作用机制尚无定论。本实验采用药理学方法观察阻断ATP依赖性钾通道(KATP+通道)对CGRP舒张大鼠腹主动脉与尾动脉作用的影响。
