摘要：

引入细胞凋亡这一新概念阐明狼疮性肾炎的发病机制，从狼疮鼠中已研究发现有淋巴细胞凋亡异常及其调控基因的突变，并已揭示出其关键的发病环节；同时在人类狼疮中也已发现有细胞凋亡异常，由此说明细胞凋亡对狼疮性肾炎的致病作用及其治疗的指导意义。
