躯体化症状对单膝关节置换术后康复的早期影响

摘要：

目的探讨躯体化症状对单膝关节置换术后康复的早期影响。方法 2012年9月-2013年6月于解放军总医院骨科四病区接受单膝人工关节置换术且符合入组标准的骨性关节炎患者138例,按照躯体化症状自评量表(somatic self-rating scale,SSS)对患者进行术前评估,SSS≥40分者纳入症状组(13例),SSS<40分者纳入对照组(125例),采用VAS评分、关节活动度(range of motion,ROM)、HSS评分对两组患者术前、术后1个月、3个月进行膝关节功能评分。结果术前两组间各项评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后1个月、3个月症状组VAS评分高于对照组(P<0.05),ROM、HSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。症状组患者的住院天数与平均复诊次数均多于对照组(P<0.05)。结论躯体化症状对单膝关节置换术后的康复有消极影响。
