摘要：

网络时代,越来越多的教师正以多种形式从事网络教学。网络教学不同于传统教学的诸多特点,要求教师要具备新能力以适应新的教学模式。本文通过对网络教师的能力及其发展途径等问题的探讨,以期有助于建设优秀的师资队伍,保障网络教学的质量。
