摘要：

目前,肿瘤是人类疾病的头号死因,尽管其死亡率在过去几十年间一直在下降,但下降幅度仅为10%,与曾经的高死亡率疾病(如鼠疫、天花、流行性感冒和肺结核)相比微不足道。因此,战胜肿瘤还有很长的路要走。大量的研究表明,炎症与肿瘤似乎是一对相生相伴的疾病,炎性微环境因素及其影响日益受到研究者的重视,很可能为攻克肿瘤治疗难题提供全新的思路。本文综述了炎症在肿瘤的产生、发展、转移中的作用以及靶向炎症相关因子治疗肿瘤的研究进展。
