摘要：

20世纪90年代末以来,法与金融理论成为西方金融理论的前沿研究领域。法与金融理论指出各国金融发展的差异关键就在于不同的法律制度安排,尤其强调了投资者权利保护、法律执行力度和法律起源对金融发展的影响。其结论也引起了广泛的争论并促进了相关理论的进一步发展。
