斑点免疫结合试验快速检测解脲支原体

摘要
介绍一种快速检测解脲支原体的斑点免疫结合试验(DIBA)。此法可检出103~4CCU/ml的解脲支原体标本,和其它7种支原体无交叉反应。用DIBA和培养法同时对500例临床标本进行解脲支原体检测。结果显示,DIBA的敏感性为93.7%,特异性为99.3%,阳性预测值(阳性率19%的情况下计算)为96.7%,阴性预测值为98.4%,两种方法的一致率为98.2%。培养法榆查解脲支原体需7~9天,而DIBA法只需3~4小时,和培养法相比,DIBA具有实用、简便、快速的优点。
