<正>腹水是肝硬化最常见并发症,发现肝硬化后10年内有50%70%的患者出现腹水,每年的死亡率增加15%,5年增加44%。目前腹水的一线治疗为限盐和使用利尿剂。然而每年约有10%的患者对利尿剂耐药,1年生存率下降至50%。顽固性腹水一线治疗方法为腹腔穿刺大量放液(large-volume
