摘要：

<正>饮酒作为一种风俗和社交手段,有着数千年的历史。现在各种酒已经成为宗教仪式、社交场合和日常生活中的必需品。由于饮酒的人数在不断增多,因此酒精中毒人数也不断增多。目前酒精中毒已成为一个世界问题,它的发生人群涵盖了社会各个阶层。在美国,有约1500万～2000万人酗酒[1]。同样,在我国随着经济的发展,生活水平的提高以及社会文化背景的影
