抗动脉粥样硬化药物研究进展

摘要
近年来,随着相关学科的发展及相互渗透,对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的病因学研究有了新的进展。已明确体内低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的修饰,特别是氧化低密度脂蛋白(OX-LDL)与AS的形成和发展密切相关。此外,平滑肌细胞的迁移与增殖,一些粘连分子、生长因子的作用等均与AS有关。由于这些新的发现,一方面对临床使用的药物进行重新评价,同时发展了一些新类型的药物。
