中性粒细胞胞外捕网在痛风性关节炎中的作用机制

摘要
急性痛风性关节炎是痛风最常见的首发症状, 早期常可于短时间内自行缓解, 随着病程进展, 发作频率逐渐增加, 持续时间逐渐延长, 直至无法自行缓解, 并伴发痛风石的形成, 其具体机制尚未阐明。近年有研究发现, 中性粒细胞胞外捕网可以激活免疫系统, 同时聚集中性粒细胞胞外捕网可能通过降低细胞因子和趋化因子水平, 缓解痛风急性期炎性反应, 并且可与尿酸盐结晶紧密结合, 参与痛风石的形成。
