普胸外科手术切口对肩部功能的影响

摘要：

普胸外科手术术后因各种因素可影响肩部功能,进而影响日常生活及功能的恢复。改善病人手术体位、采用不切断肌纤维分离技术、减少术中神经损伤及肋骨撑开的程度从而进一步改善术后疼痛对病人可有所减轻对肩部功能的影响。为了减少创伤的影响及术后并发症,各种手术切口试图逐步取代后外侧切口,包括不切断肌纤维分离及电视胸腔镜技术,但使用标准问卷调查、客观评价及前瞻性评估的资料并不足够。术后的有效护理、早期功能锻炼、胸部理疗均是术后病人成功的恢复肩部功能及回到正常生活的基础。
