摘要
氧化应激是指体内氧化与抗氧化作用失衡,倾向于氧化,导致中性粒细胞炎性浸润、蛋白酶分泌增加、产生高活性分子,如活性氧自由基(reactive oxygen species, ROS)和活性氮自由基(reactive nitrogen species, RNS)以及大量氧化中间产物,如白三烯、血栓素A2等促炎介质,从而引起细胞凋亡和炎性反应。近年来研究表明,核转录因子红系2相关因子2/血红素加氧酶-1(nuclear factor erythroid-2-related factor 2/heme oxygenase 1, Nrf2/HO-1)通路可以通过抗炎、抗氧化等作用抵抗氧化应激损伤。因此,有效调控Nrf2/HO-1通路可成为治疗氧化应激性疾病和炎性疾病的重要靶点。
