摘要
<正>心肌梗死患者是心脏性猝死(sudden cardiac death,SCD)的高危人群,室性心律失常占急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者死亡原因的30%。尽管近年国内外普遍开展了再灌注治疗,挽救濒死的心肌,改善心肌缺血和缩小梗死面积,提高了心脏功能和患者的远期存活率,但室性心律失常仍是AMI患者的主要死亡原因。因此,识别AMI患者中易发生室性心律失常的高危患者是目前临床面临的挑战之一。近年研究发
