中药抗酒精性胃损伤作用机制的研究进展

摘要：

酒精性胃损伤是指过量饮酒或长期饮酒导致的胃黏膜急性或慢性损伤,饮酒人群中胃炎、胃溃疡和胃癌等胃黏膜病变比率明显偏高。中药因多途径、多靶点、整体调节、毒副作用小等特点,成为近年来抗酒精性胃损伤药物的研究热点。该研究通过检索中国知网、PubMed等数据库,总结了近3年中药抗酒精性胃损伤的研究进展,结果显示中药往往通过多途径的协同作用,减轻酒精性胃损伤,其作用机制包括抗炎、抗氧化应激、抗细胞凋亡、调节胃黏膜保护因子水平、抗幽门螺旋杆菌活性和调节机体代谢紊乱等,为抗酒精性胃损伤的中药研究提供借鉴。
