从2006年开始,英国外部质量保障体系进入稳定运行阶段,各项质量保障活动进入新一轮的发展之中。文章主要对英国高等教育质量保障体系未来的发展趋势做了深入细致的分析,总结出其四大发展趋势:积极发挥高校主动性,扩大高校自主权;以学生为中心,突出服务意识;公共问责,关注成本效益;从质量保障走向质量提高。
