<正>脑缺血诱导的缺血性脑损伤涉及一系列复杂的病理生理机制,包括兴奋性氨基酸中毒、离子稳态的失衡、梗死周边区去极化、血脑屏障的破坏、自由基损伤、炎症反应、神经元凋亡等,这些不同的病理生理机制在缺血脑组织中呈现时间、空间变化的动态过程。大量文献表明,炎症反应是脑缺
