长江中游荆江河段生态航道评价研究

摘要
从生态航道必须满足河流航运功能和河流其它诸功能协调发展这一基本思路入手,以长江荆江河段为例,在分析该河段河流系统功能的基础上,构造生态航道的评价体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,利用综合指数评价方法,进行了航道整治工程实施前后的生态航道评价,并对评价结果进行敏感性分析.结果表明,航道整治前(2011)、整治中(2014)以及航道整治后(2015,预测)3个时段航道健康综合指数值依次为3.40(中等)、3.80(中等)和4.17(良好),表明航道整治工程实施后航道健康状态有所改善,预测在2015年达到"良好"状态.从整治工程对河段功能的影响来看,目前实施的航道整治工程在提高河流航运功能的同时并没有损害河流其它功能,可认为是一种"生态化"整治工程.敏感性分析表明:评价结果对权重的20%90%的波动敏感性不高,即评价结果具有较高的稳定性和可靠性.
