Micro-ecology is relatively a new field in the study of life sciences,but it has already progressed from an individual level to cellular and molecullar levels of study.Micro-ecology is the study of the interaction and dependence tetween micro-organisms and their host.In the past ten years,the advance of scientific research has pushed our knowledge in this subject to an even higher stage.These new knowledge points out that a micro-organism keeps close contact with its host physically,chemically and biologically.In these close connections,cell communication is the key process.Between the cells of micro-organisms,between the cells of their hosts,and also between each other's cells,there exists a complex cell communication system of which we know incredibly little about.In today's society,we have entered an era of networks and communication,but the preexisting cell communication system still waits to be recognized and studied.This point of this review is to explore and investigate this new knowledge on the cell to cell communication.
