人脸识别技术的医学诊断应用的发展与现状

摘要
同种疾病导致的患者面部改变或先天畸形具有相似性,对于疾病的筛查和诊断具有提示意义。近十余年来,人脸识别技术已初步用于内分泌疾病如肢端肥大症、库欣综合征以及遗传综合征,如唐氏综合征和德朗热综合征等的诊断,其识别正确率不低于甚至在有些报道中高于临床工作者的经验性诊断,并且对内分泌疾病早期患者的面部识别更具有价值。该技术有望应用于内分泌疾病及遗传综合征的筛查、缩短疾病诊断延迟期和帮助内分泌疾病进行分期。
