同型半胱氨酸对高血压脑卒中患者血脂和颈动脉斑块的影响

摘要：

为探讨高血压伴缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉病变与血浆同型半胱氨酸水平及胆固醇的相互关系 ,选择149例高血压患者 ,根据病史及检查将患者分为高血压并缺血性脑卒中组 (74例 )和单纯高血压组 (75例 )。对上述患者测定血中同型半胱氨酸和胆固醇水平 ,并进行颈动脉超声检查。结果发现 ,高血压并缺血性脑卒中组血浆同型半胱氨酸及胆固醇水平明显增加 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,颈动脉斑块发生也较单纯高血压组明显增多 (P <0 .0 5〉。这提示 ,高同型半胱氨酸血症加重了高血压和高血脂对血管壁的损伤 ,促进了血栓的形成 ,缺血性脑卒中的发生是高同型半胱氨酸血症、高血压、动脉硬化和高血脂共同作用的结果
