双歧三联活菌片对淤胆幼鼠移行性肌电复合波影响及其干预胆汁淤积的机制

摘要
目的观察益生菌制剂对急性肝内胆汁淤积幼鼠胃肠消化间期移行性肌电复合波(MMC)影响,探讨其干预胆汁淤积的可能机制。方法SD幼鼠96只随机分为健康对照组16只,中毒组、干预组各40只。各组随机选出8只在胃窦、十二指肠、空肠埋置3对银丝电极,余大鼠行假手术。术后7~10 d中毒及干预组1次灌服异硫氰酸萘酯(ANIT)(200 mg/kg)诱导急性肝内胆汁淤积;干预组于ANIT灌胃前2 d,灌服双歧三联活菌片4.2×108活菌/(kg.d)。观察各组灌服ANIT后48、96、144、192 h胆汁流量、血总胆红素(TB)、ALT及MMC变化。结果1.灌服ANIT后,干预组胆汁流量减少程度及血清中TB和ALT上升较中毒组轻,且恢复快。2.灌服ANIT后中毒及干预组MMC节律完全消失,代之以Ⅱ期样节律紊乱波;随后2组MMC逐渐恢复,但干预组MMC恢复时间(132.0±42.55)h明显短于中毒组(174.0±24.84)h(P<0.05);MMC节律恢复后,192 h时中毒组MMC持续时间较干预及健康对照组明显延长,其中主要是Ⅱ期持续时间延长。结论幼鼠急性肝内胆汁淤积时MMC周期延长,甚至节律性运动消失。双歧三联活菌片能促进肠道MMC节律性运动恢复,减轻肝脏损害,有助于改善胆汁淤积。
