<正>缺血性卒中约有60%~80%的患者由动脉粥样硬化(atherosclerosis,AS)所致。AS的发病机制十分复杂,目前主要有两大学说,即脂质浸润学说和炎性反应学说。血脂在动脉壁内沉积是AS早期的病理改变,调脂药物及综合治疗各风险因素的方案使用后仍有50%的动脉粥样硬化性疾病患者没有达
