摘要：

罗伯特.基欧汉等人提出的世界政治法律化理论,是国际制度主义理论同国际法相结合的产物,研究世界政治法律化这一高度发达的国际制度形态,能为国际政治理论研究开辟新的领域。该理论深入探讨义务、精度和授权,大大加深了国际制度理论关于“规则”的理解,将国际法的建构过程纳入到制度主义的理论框架中,从核心概念、研究议程和逻辑线索上推进了国际制度主义理论的发展。但是,该理论的系谱渊源使政府间主义色彩过于浓厚,在法律化的合法性问题和法律化的建构过程上存在争议。
