运动并呼吸训练对慢阻肺稳定期患者运动能力及肺功能的影响

摘要：

目的探讨运动并呼吸训练对慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）稳定期患者的影响。方法选取2018年1月至2019年9月本院呼吸科收治的COPD稳定期患者120例,将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。对照组给予常规西医治疗方案,观察组在对照组基础上进行运动训练和呼吸训练。统计并比较两组患者入院时、训练4周、8周时的肺功能、运动功能、生活质量改善情况。结果观察组训练8周时的FEV1、FEV1/FVC均显著高于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组训练4周、8周时的日常生活活动、社会活动能力、抑郁、焦虑评分均显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组训练4周、8周时的m MRC明显低于对照组,6MWD明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论运动并呼吸训练是一种有效的COPD稳定期康复措施。
