摘要：

目前肠易激综合征研究热点主要集中于5-HT及其受体5-HT3R、5-HT4R,中枢及肠道神经系统电生理。5-HT及其受体5-HT3R、5-HT4R在中枢及肠道神经系统直接或间接影响肠道动力和内分泌功能,导致中枢诱发电位及肠道电活动异常,这些中枢及外周神经系统功能的异常导致肠易激综合征肠道敏感性及动力的改变。
