鄱阳湖湿地生态环境损失价值初步核算

The accounting of resources and environment is the important basis for the sustainable development indicators and the framework of green accounting system.In this paper,the present state of the natural resources,environment,and the economic and social development in Poyang lake wetlands have been analyzed.On the basis of these,we find the key factors that have effects on the sustainable development of the research areas.The economic value that owing to several eco environment losses have been calculated.It appears that only the several ones,which is the 9 35 percent of the GDP in 1999. Because of the confine,which comes from the data,it is only a preliminary study on the economic value accounting of eco environment losses in Poyang lake wetlands system.But from the calculated result,we can see that there are lots of economic losses owing to the eco environment destroyed.It is very important to set up a framework of green accounting system in Poyang lake wetlands,with it the inhabitants and government apparatus should be aware of the importance of preserving the natural resources and eco environment.
