<正> 细胞膜两侧钠、钾离子浓度梯度是神经、肌肉细胞膜可兴奋性的基础,钠离子浓度梯度还直接参与细胞浆内钙离子浓度的调节。神经冲动的传导、神经介质的释放和重摄取、血管平滑肌的反应性、肾脏对钠的重吸收等都与细胞膜
