C-erbB-2癌基因与雌激素和孕激素受体在乳腺癌中的对比研究

摘要：

采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化染色对２００例乳腺癌进行Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２，ＥＲ和ＰＲ测定，结果发现：（１）ＥＲ阳性１１２例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性１８例(１６．１％），ＥＲ阴性８８例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性５７例（６４．８％）；ＰＲ阳性１０２例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性１６例（１５．７％），ＰＲ阴性９８例中Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性５９例（６０．２％）；（２）Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性率与肿瘤大小和淋巴结转移有关，随访４年以上，７５例Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性病例有有２４例复发，占３２％，１２５例Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阴性中１３例复发，占１０．４％，二者有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结果提示ＥＲ或ＰＲ阳性，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阴性病例预后较ＥＲ或ＰＲ阴性，Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２阳性病例好。因此，同时测定乳腺癌ＥＲ，ＰＲ和Ｃ－ｅｒｂＢ－２对临床制定乳腺癌的治疗方案和判定预后有重要价值和意义。
