急性冠脉综合征病人的心理健康及其影响因素分析

摘要：

[目的 ]了解急性冠脉综合征 (ACS)病人的心理健康状况及影响因素 ,为进一步实施心理护理提供理论依据。 [方法 ]采用基本情况调查表及心脏病人心理健康问卷对 173例ACS病人进行调查。 [结果 ]93 .6%以上的ACS病人存在与疾病有关的心理健康问题 ,且不同性别、年龄、婚姻状况、性格类型、家庭地位及疾病情况对心理健康有影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。 [结论 ]对不同基本情况的ACS病人应采用不同的心理护理。
