摘要：

甲状腺自身免疫是女性最常见的自身免疫紊乱之一,影响5%20%的育龄妇女,与女性不孕和妊娠丢失存在相关性,其病理生理机制可能包括甲状腺依赖性和非甲状腺依赖性。了解甲状腺自身免疫与女性生殖失败相关性的病理生理机制,可以指导临床对不孕妇女、准备妊娠和妊娠期妇女进行甲状腺功能和甲状腺自身免疫的筛查,为妊娠失败提供新的诊治思路。
