喹诺酮类药物及细菌对其耐药性机制研究进展

摘要
本文从喹诺酮类抗菌药物的结构、进入细菌体内的方式及喹诺酮类药物的作用机理进行简明阐述。针对喹诺酮类药物的广泛使用而导致的细菌对喹诺酮类药物的耐药性逐渐增加的原因入手,阐述了细菌对喹诺酮类药物耐药性——从染色体突变到质粒介导的喹诺酮类耐药性的几种分子机制及研究进展,为研究新型喹诺酮类抗菌药物提供依据。
