绞股蓝茎尖和幼叶细胞蛋白体研究初探

摘要
光镜及透射电镜研究表明,绞股蓝 Gynostemma pentaphyllum(Thunb)Makino 茎尖细胞及幼叶叶肉和表皮细胞中有大小不等、近似球形的电子致密体,直径约0.2—1.8μm,具膜包被。细胞化学染色证明是一种蛋白体。它主要分布在液泡内,与液泡膜紧紧附着,且常与细胞质团块粘在一起。这暗示着它们在细胞的分化和形态建成中起着某种作用。
