摘要：

针对网络组织的知识转移过程中知识释放者与吸收者之间的双向互动作用,根据知识的吸收能力提出了网络组织中成员的知识释放能力的概念,分析了网络组织中成员的知识释放能力的差异性,进而分别从随机性和确定性释放能力两个角度,利用仿真分析,探讨了知识转移过程中网络组织结构的动力学行为模式.
