<正> 异长春花碱（Navelbine, NVB, Vinorelbine bitartrate,诺威本）是一个半合成的长春花生物硷。化学名称为3′,4′-二脱氢-4′脱氧-c′-去甲长春花硷（重酒石酸盐）,分子式为C45H54N8·2C4H6O6,分子量为1079.12。其外观为淡黄色透明液体,可溶于水、甲醇、二甲基亚砜,不溶于乙烷,熔点为210℃。
